The International Kundalini Yoga Festival in Brazil is the event that happens every two years and brings together people from various Brazilian states and from other countries. The 2017 event “Vibrate the Cosmos and the Cosmos will clean the Way” brought together doctors, specialists, yogis and sympathizers of this practice in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil.
The postures in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, also called asanas, form angles and triangles with the body. Through the mind we perceive, we analyze the world and we have emotions, thoughts and feelings. In this way, our mind creates automatic habits and patterns, and many of them cause us to act and react in a limited, uncontrolled, and emotional way.
